PREVENTIVE SERVICES

Our preventive services include dental cleanings, polishing, flouride and flouride-free treatments.  During a dental cleaning, our dental hygienist will remove bacteria, plaque and tartar buildup from your teeth. 

Dental prophylaxis (dental cleaning) is a routine, prevtive cleaning for patients who have healthy teeth and gums overall. It is the most common type of dental cleaning.  The American Dental Association recommends that patients have a dental prophylaxis every 6 months.
